Concierge Neurology FAQs
What is the core mission of your concierge practice?
Our mission is to redefine the neurological experience by blending clinical excellence with a deeply personal touch. We believe that optimal brain health requires more than just a diagnosis; it requires a proactive, comprehensive strategy focused on safety, comfort, and long-term wellness. From your first point of contact, our goal is to ensure that your care is not only medically superior but also seamlessly integrated into your lifestyle.
How does this model differ from a traditional neurology practice?
The most significant difference is time. By intentionally maintaining a smaller number of concierge patients I am able to offer direct communication, extended appointments to ensure all your questions are answered, and a direct line to reach me after hours, ensuring continuity of care when you need it most.
What services are included in my annual membership?
The annual fee supports a suite of specialized, non-clinical amenities and “above-and-beyond” benefits that fall outside the scope of traditional insurance coverage.
A Note on Billing: Professional clinical services that are typically covered by Medicare or commercial insurance will continue to be billed to those providers. Members remain responsible for standard co-pays or deductibles as required by their specific plans.
What happens if I have a neurology issue while traveling?
In a concierge practice, your doctor is just a phone call or text away. We can often call in prescriptions to a pharmacy near you or coordinate with local providers to ensure you receive consistent care regardless of your location.

Dr. Kent has gone above and beyond his required duties when it comes to patient advocacy and care. From the first appointment, through to the diagnosis process, and now during the treatment phase, I have always felt that Dr. Logan was championing my cause. He has ‘gone to bat’ for me on several issues, long after I felt like giving up.
